Xhovana Kodra

HR and operations manager 

Xhovana has a degree in european studies and political science. She started her career in the charity sector 10 years  ago as a volunteer at United Nation, focusing on children’s rights, and later evolved her career in programme development for youth groups, where she successfully contributed to various projects and strengthened thousand of communities. Following her passion for bringing out the best in people and positively influencing them in the workplace, Xhovana started her journey in HR. She has successfully managed employee relations and recruitment processes while working for a government institution, in the private sector, and at PwC.

She is a socially aware individual, positive people’s person, and an open minded global citizen. Out of work she is an avid reader, loves to write on social impact, and spend time outside in nature and visit art exhibitions.
