Every 6 minutes, someone learns that they are losing their sight.
Every five hours, a baby is born with sight problems. In these moments, two profound questions emerge:

- How do I (or my child) live this life?
We fund the brilliant minds and bright ideas, that are putting change in sight for everyone impacted by vision loss.
We are now looking for experienced, committed, and creative individuals to join our dynamic team as we devise and launch a new five-year strategy. You’ll be part of something impactful, we’d love to hear from you.
It's an exciting time to join us we have recently launched our new brand, following the merger of Fight for Sight with the Vision Foundation. We're now an organisation of circa 80 committed individuals.
Most staff work in our income-generating areas of Retail Charity Shops and Fundraising. We also have staff dedicated to supporting our research grants activities, office administration and other roles.
Everyone who works for us is helping to change lives today and transform them tomorrow.
Based close to Aldgate and Aldgate East stations on the edge of the City of London, we have a friendly, modern office and a great team who thrive at meeting the challenges we've set ourselves.
