Yes, we understand that your business may have specific questions or requirements regarding donations. To provide clarity and confidence, we typically create a formal agreement outlining key details, such as where your donations will be sold, opportunities for marketing or PR, and brand security measures.

We’re committed to working with you to make sure the process meets your goals and expectations.

To protect your brand integrity, we will work closely with you to help prevent donated items from re-entering your supply chain. Some brands we've partnered with require more extensive safeguarding, while others have fewer requirements. We tailor our approach to meet your specific needs.

We pride ourselves on providing quarterly updates detailing the financial impact of your donation, along with news and stories about the research and initiatives your support is funding. These updates help you track the direct impact your partnership is making in the fight to tackle the impact of vision loss and are perfect for sharing within your team to engage and inspire employees.

We currently operate 14 charity shops across London, with plans to expand over the next five years. This growth provides more opportunities to maximise the sale of your donations. Some brands are also open to us selling their donations on our ecommerce platforms.

If we have any unsold items, we ensure they are handled in an environmentally responsible way. Items are either recycled through our certified textile partner, repurposed, or potentially upcycled, based on prior agreements with the donor.

Each donation is processed according to the agreed terms. We log, label, and barcode all items to ensure easy, accurate tracking. This means both parties can monitor the donation’s journey and its financial impact.

We’re more than happy to accept both one-off and regular donations, depending on what works best for you. While our goal is to build long-term, sustainable relationships for ongoing impact, we gladly welcome donations of any size, whenever you're ready to give.

There are numerous opportunities to feature your brand across our website, social media, marketing materials, and even our annual reports. We’ll collaborate with you to showcase your commitment to supporting eye research and life-changing social projects, ensuring your brand receives maximum visibility and recognition, should you choose to.

There is no minimum or maximum amount of stock required; we welcome donations of all sizes and are happy to work with whatever you can provide. Every donation, big or small, makes a difference! For larger donations please do keep in mind that we have a fleet of vehicles who can make a collection at your convenience.

While we primarily accept donations from UK-based companies, we’re happy to discuss international donations on a case-by-case basis, as there may be import tax implications to consider.
