As a Volunteer Recruitment Assistant, you will work closely with our Volunteer Manager to attract, promote, recruit and welcome volunteers to our organisation. You will play a key role in providing essential administrative support as well as gaining valuable experience in all aspects of Volunteer Recruitment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Volunteer Recruitment: Using a variety of methods, you will learn how to attract, promote, recruit and welcome new volunteers to our organisation.
- Volunteer induction and training: You will work alongside our Shop Managers to help welcome, induct and train new volunteers across our shops.
- Administrative Support: You will paly a key role in providing essential administrative support and gain valuable experience with using a Volunteer Management system.
- Volunteer Recruitment Days: You will be invited to attend
- Volunteer Recruitment Fairs and events to talk to interested candidates about our charity and the volunteering opportunities we have on offer.
