We’re looking for friendly volunteers to greet customers at the till, handle their transactions, sign up donors for our Gift Aid scheme and create a positive and enjoyable shopping experience for our local communities.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our existing and new customers, introducing them to our charity, talking confidently about who we are and what we do. Sign donors up to our Gift Aid scheme, enabling us to raise extra money for our charity.
- Promoting Volunteering & Fundraising Opportunities: Promote our Volunteering & Fundraising events such as the London Marathon to our customers and donors.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the shop teams to create a positive shopping and donation experience for our customers and donors.
What You’ll Gain:

Who We’re Looking For: No skills or experience necessary, just a positive attitude and interest in working for a retail charity.
