About the event
Location: RAF Western on the Green, Bicester, OX25 3TQ
Event date: Sunday 22 September 2024
Take on the thrill of a lifetime with a group of Fight for Sight supporters and leap from a plane 10,000ft in the air at RAF Western on the Green on Sunday 22 September 2024.
To secure your charity place you will need to pay a £50 deposit. By signing up you are committing to raise a minimum of £500. Part of your target will go towards the cost of the jump (£230) and the remaining will go towards sight saving research. If you would like to self fund the jump, please contact events@fightforsight.org.uk and a member of the challenges team will then get back to you about this option. The full cost is £280.
£500 is the minimum amount to raise for this challenge, however we do encourage you to raise above this amount, as you should receive a lot of support once you start telling people you are jumping out of a plane to support you!
Once you have registered, a member from the challenges team will contact you with a link to pay your £50 deposit. Your place will be secured once it is paid however the charity reserves the right to not approve the jump if the fundraising target has not been met in time and the deposit will be non refundable. This is a rare occasion as other options are explored before action is taken.
If you would like to speak with someone before registering, please do email events@fightforsight.org.uk
